The Chef's Shoppe was opened in June of 1997 and is currently owned by Nancy and Scott Schneider

The Chef's Shoppe mission is to give every customer a wide selection of the best kitchen merchandise with superior customer service.  Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. 

Merchandise available includes several lines of cookware, gadgets, gourmet foods, cutlery, giftware, linens, and bakeware.  All merchandise is selected keeping in mind that it should be something that can be used in food preparation or serving; helping the home cook become all that they can be.  Not everyone needs to attend culinary school to become a good cook.  Our mission is to help everyone succeed in their cooking endeavors. 

The Chef's Shoppe is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 12 noon to 4 p.m.  We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  We also have expanded hours through the Christmas holiday. 

Gift certificates for any denomination are always available.

Return Policy:

  • A receipt is required for all returns.
  • All purchases paid for by a check are subject to a 14 day check cashing policy.  No cash refunds will be honored within the 14 day period.  Any returns made within the 14 day period will be refunded with in store credit.
  • All clearance sales are 100% final.  No returns or exchanges will be honored for any reason.  Please inspect all items before purchasing to insure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
  • All regular purchases made between January and October for a given year have 30 days from date of purchase for a refund.  All purchases made between November and December of a given year will have until January 31 of the new year for a refund.
  • All returned merchandise, except for defective, must be in re-sellable condition.  Only unused items may be returned. 
  • Food items are not returnable due to safety concerns.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

The Chef's Shoppe is aware of the importance of giving back to their community.  Each quarter a specific charity is selected and a significant item is either donated for an auction or a percentage of sales are donated.  Each quarterly charity will be noted in our Chef's Shoppe Tidbits distributed by e-mail on a regular basis.
