William Bounds pepper and salt mills have been a staple of the Chef's Shoppe. William Bounds produced the first combination salt shaker/pepper mill, the first acrylic mill, the first sea salt mill, the first ceramic milling mechanism, the first 5 step adjustment mechanism, and patented cheese and nutmeg mills. With this many firsts, it just makes sense for us to carry this line. A very unique twist is the three step adjusting ring on their pepper mills which makes selecting a setting more precise and crushes rather than grinding the peppercorns which results in a consistently milled pepper.
